Text: Hebrews 4:9-11 (p.1003) 

What if rest isn't about the state of  as much as it is the state of our

The evidence of a life of faith, the fruit of life empowered by the Holy Spirit, is ,  and . (Rm. 15:13) 

God has never been interested in merely setting people free from slavery. God's heart is so grand, so glorious, so full of love, He desires we live in the abundance of His

 More than we know, the Father longs for us no just to have moments of rest but a life that is  by rest. (Mt. 11:28-29)

We must  to live the  life. 

Humility was created no to work and then rest. The Father's design was to live out their mission  a place of rest. (Gn. 1-3) 

Rest is based more on what we truly  that what we do. 

Rest is about how we  far more that the activity for our lives. (Rm. 12:2) 

If we would dare  to live the  life, we must allow God to settle four basic questions in our lives.

  •  am I? 

 

  •  am I?

 

  • What do I

 

  • What can I

The reason most people are  is because these questions aren't settled deep within.
