Child Development Center (CDC) Teachers: Part-time

Our Child Development Center is now hiring fun, Jesus loving teachers for our Spring semester. If you love working with kids and teaching them about the love of Jesus please apply! 

Responsibilities:

  • 12-16 hours a week on Tuesdays/Thursdays and 1 Friday a month. 
  • Working with a Co-teacher to carry out a written curriculum and schedule each day.
  • Each class includes time for PE, Music, Recess, Bible and Chapel.
Early Childhood Paid Positions: Part-time 

(available at both campuses)

Responsibilities: 

  • Join us in helping kids encounter Jesus and take their next steps with Him!

  • Opportunities available during all of our weekly ministries.

  • These roles are responsible for leading our classroom ministry for babies-Kindergarten.

  • Must be able to engage children and parents with love, warmth, and excitement.

  • Ability to work well with a team.

  • Lesson plans and training are provided.

Lawn Care Technician: Part-time 

Assists maintaining the grounds by: 

  • Cutting grass to the appropriate height. 
  • Clearing weeds in rock/flower beds.
  • Finding and removing trash from the property. 
  • Maintaining sprinkler system as needed. 
  • Performing general maintenance and safety checks on lawn equipment as needed. 

Qualifications: Any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position. Must possess a valid state driver's license. Must be highly motivated and able to work independently. 

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds consistently with heavier weight necessary at times. 

Ministry Intern: Part-time

The Beltway Internship Program is hiring young leaders (ages 18+) that are in the process of discerning which specific area of vocational ministry God is calling them to. The program runs in conjunction with the school year (September 2023 - May 2024) and will include 15 paid hours per week of "hands-on" ministry experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive direct discipleship from proven pastors and leaders.
  • Develop professional & administrative skills.

  • Develop teaching & leadership skills.

  • Engage in a weekly group discussion with other interns and 2nd year intern leaders.

Internship Application

Food Pantry/Benevolence Assistant: Part-time
  • Communicate with Food Pantry and Benevolence clients through email and phone, while keeping open the opportunity for prayer with the client.
  • Schedule appointments for the Food Pantry and Benevolence and prepare paperwork for appointments.

  • Utilize Park Central, 2-1-1, and Text-in-Church to maintain schedules and records.
  • Administratively support the Food Pantry Director and Pastor of Benevolence, as well as various occasional tasks such as set-up, stocking, and shopping.
  • Maintain records, call logs, and organizational documents for both the Food Pantry and Benevolence ministries to ensure timely and effective communication and time management.

North Campus Elementary Assistant Director: Part-time

Responsibilities: 

  • This person will work alongside the North Campus Elementary Pastor.
  • Set serve team schedule. 
  • Help organize elementary curriculum and materials for classrooms.
  • Set up classrooms in preparation for weekend services & other scheduled events/weekly activities.  
  • Keep up with weekly attendance reports.
  • Help with overseeing and teaching elementary ministry in our weekly services.
South Campus Elementary Assistant Director: Part-time

Responsibilities: 

  • This person will work alongside the South Campus Elementary Pastor.
  • Set serve team schedule. 
  • Help organize elementary curriculum and materials for classrooms.
  • Set up classrooms in preparation for weekend services & other scheduled events/weekly activities.  
  • Keep up with weekly attendance reports.
  • Help with overseeing and teaching elementary ministry in our weekly services.
Summer Club Staff: Part-time 

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Summer Club Directors, Supervisors and REC Team.
  • Working with students ranging from current kindergarten-8th grade.
  • Work dates are June 2 - August 11; between the hours of 7:00am-6:00pm.
  • Supervise, mentor, and build relationships with students.
  • Ensure a positive, safe, and fun environment for students.
  • Promote great leadership skills and the ability to work as a team player.
  • Minister to students and help spur them on in their spiritual growth.
  • Bring fun and exciting energy to each day.
