Every marriage .

Every marriage .

So learn to  the one you're with.

Don't just fight the one you're with;  the one you're with.

When in conflict...

Never respond to your mate .

Never touch your mate out of  or frustration.

Never seek to  your spouse in public.

Never fight in front of your  (or use them as leverage in a disagreement).

Never mention your spouse's  or any other family.

Never  the past. Try to stay on topic!

Never  to win.

Never yell, use put-downs, or  your spouse.

Never withhold physical intimacy or use  to manipulate.

Never  seeking resolution.

Always  with your conflict in marriage.

Always .

Your ability to forgive your spouse is directly dependent on your revelation of .
