Like a Good Neighbor

Excuses

Text: Luke 10:25-29, Matthew 22:37-40

We are often allowing an  to cause us to miss out on what is best for us.

For us to have the  we , we need to both love God with all that we are able to, and love our neighbor as ourselves.

In telling the Parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus  for us to narrow down the definition of neighbor.

It's not, love your neighbor...

We can easily grab hold of excuse after excuse, but all they are doing is  the life God has for us and for those around us.

Whenever we are intentionally praying for people, it is impossible to not see them as , because we are remembering that God is for them and has things He wants to do in their life.

Whenever we are  in loving our neighbors, we find the life God has for us, and we  into those around us.
