WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

  • Bank account – electronic transfer from your bank (also known as E-Check or ACH)
  • Credit/Debit card – Visa, Mastercard, or Discover

SHOULD I GIVE USING A CREDIT CARD?

Beltway Park Baptist Church DOES NOT advocate going into debt to donate to the church or any other ministry. Online giving is a convenient tool to help believers regularly and faithfully offer their first fruits to the Lord.

If you do not currently pay your monthly balance on credit cards, but have the desire to use the online giving option, please consider giving using a bank account or debit card instead.

IS ONLINE GIVING SECURE?

Yes. All sensitive financial information is stored with bank level security. All information is encrypted and stored to Level 1 PCI compliant standards. Level 1 PCI compliance is a set of rules stated by credit card companies and audited by an independent third party, Level 1 PCI is the highest possible rating. Additionally, all data transmission is via an encrypted HTTPS connection.

CAN I SCHEDULE A RECURRING CONTRIBUTION?

Yes, you can specify whether you want your contribution to be made weekly, monthly, or twice a month (1st and 15th). You can set up as many scheduled contributions as you like to several different funds.

I GET PAID EVERY TWO WEEKS. CAN I SET UP A RECURRING GIFT ON MY PAY DAYS?

Not directly, but you can easily set up a weekly recurring contribution for half of your normal contribution amount. This is effectively the same thing as giving once every two weeks.

WHAT IF I CHANGE BANKS OR WANT TO ADJUST THE DATE/AMOUNT OF MY CONTRIBUTION?

You can edit your account information, including recurring contributions, payment methods, addresses, and other settings by logging into your Kindrid giving account:

If you don’t know your password or haven’t set up an account, just create a new password.

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY CONTRIBUTION WAS RECEIVED?

After you have finished the contribution process, your browser will display a confirmation message with the details of your transaction. Additionally, you’ll receive an email with a copy of the receipt for your records.

If there are any problems while processing your contribution, we’ll contact you and let you know.

HOW DO I VIEW A HISTORY OF MY ONLINE CONTRIBUTIONS?

It’s easy–just log in to your Kindrid giving account (you may need to create a password if you haven’t done so yet). Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your contribution history immediately.

CAN I GIVE ANONYMOUSLY?

If you would like to make an anonymous gift, you will need to make a cash donation either on during weekend services or at the church office. Any contribution made online must be processed with the name and payment account information included.
