45: The Value of Prayer

Today our conversation is with Lindsay Hood. Over the last several podcast episodes, there have been two things central and key to developing the spiritual life you want: Praying and Reading Scripture. We can often dismiss these or simply acknowledge them as important things to do without developing the rhythms and consistency of these spiritual practices in our lives.

Lindsay not only shares with us ways to pray and habits to form, but she also shares with us her unique experience of prayer throughout the many seasons of her life from young adulthood, to marriage, to mothering, to missions, and more. Lindsay shares with us the value of prayer and the strategy behind knowing and doing what God the Father is doing.
