Beltway Groups are where real connection happens! Whether you’re flying solo or balancing a busy family schedule, there’s a group for you. Build friendships, grow in faith, and do life together. Beltway Kids available by RSVP. Register below to let us know you’re coming!
We invite you to join us for a journey to uncover the lies that keep us stuck and discover the freedom found in God’s truth. Connect with others and participate in a group for our fall series. You were created for community, and the most powerful way to experience spiritual growth and transformation is by walking it out with others. View open life groups and short-term groups or host a group and help others find community, grow in their faith, and take their next step with Jesus!
Beltway Group is a regular gathering of around 12-15 people who are pursuing healthy relationships and desiring to grow spiritually.
Almost every night of the week there is a Beltway Group meeting, with most favoring Sunday or Wednesday evenings. The majority of groups meet in a constant location (the home of a group member or at the church), though some prefer to take turns meeting in different group members' homes.
Most groups meet weekly for about 90 minutes. Often, groups follow the school calendar, opting to launch at the beginning of the fall semester and scaling back during Christmas and the summer months.
Though each group has its own personality (and quirks), all groups are encouraged to engage and discuss the truth of scripture (based either on our weekend messages or a specific curriculum), to pray together and minister to one another, and to spend time fostering meaningful relationships. Outside of specific meeting times, groups will gather socially just to have fun together. to assist particular ministries of the church, and/or to serve the surrounding community.
Groups that have families with elementary-aged kids or younger often choose to meet on a night and at a time when children's ministry (Beltway Kids) is offered at one of our Beltway campuses. Some groups opt to arrange their own babysitter(s) to watch kids while the adults meet as a group. Having kids present or in the room when a group meets is generally discouraged, as it often limits the vulnerability and transparency of the adults. A Beltway group is ideally a safe place for adults to be honest and even raw about what their navigating personally and in their relationships.
Everyone has a story, and at Beltway Park, we believe yours matters! Men and women just like you are finding hope, overcoming challenges, and experiencing transformation. By sharing what the Lord is doing in their lives, they’re encouraging others on their journey too.
What has God been doing in you and your family? Let us know so we can celebrate with you and grow together in faith.
