Everyone experiences loss; unfortunately, it is part of life this side of heaven. Loss of any kind can cause great pain and can also be an open invitation to lose our hope in Jesus. Whether you are grieving the death of a loved one, a miscarriage, infertility, divorce, relocation, job loss, or even disappointment, coping with feelings of grief can be especially difficult during the holidays. Which is why in this episode, we sit down with Adina Brown to talk about navigating grief during the holiday season. As the Grief Ministry Director at Beltway Park Church, Adina shares part of her own journey of walking through dark seasons of grief. She also offers very practical advice and shares some of the tools that have helped her, and countless others walk through grief as well. Whether you are grieving today, or you love someone who is, God is faithful to heal the crushed in spirit.
