North Campus Elementary Pastor
I serve as the Elementary Pastor at the North Campus. I became a member of Beltway in 2014, joined the staff in 2018, and became part of the Beltway Kids’ team in 2023! I have the blessing of helping elementary kids hear the truth of God’s Word and to encourage them to take that to the world! I am so honored to work with kids and learn from their child-like faith—it challenges me!
After college, I coached and taught middle school math for seven years. Then God called me to take a year-long sabbatical to reroute some areas of my life. Looking back, I am so thankful as I see His faithfulness to take me to things and through things I never would have been brave enough to do on my own.
I enjoy playing guitar, shooting hoops, being in nature, and piddlin’ around. I appreciate a good pun. Naps and snacks have been known to completely change my outlook on life and preserve my friendships. I have an adorable cat, Titus. I am unashamedly a cat person which is fitting since my current job occasionally requires me to herd kittens.
