Lead Pastor
I've been blessed to serve as the lead pastor of Beltway Park Church since 1998. I'm very convinced that I serve with the best eldership and staff in the country, and they make me look better at what I do than I am. I've been honored to be part of the growth Beltway has experienced, not only in attendance but we've also been blessed to see lives all over the world set free for the glory of Jesus.
I'm still overwhelmed that my wife, Jeannette, said yes to me way back in 1985. Due to the experiences of adopting our third child from the Texas foster system, Jeannette leads Beltway’s ministry to help families with foster children as well as families pursuing adoption. Together we have three children: Joshua (married to Bradye), Rebecca (married to Hunter), and Zoe, and we have four grandchildren, Esther, Liam, Caleb and Caden.
In addition to the joy of leading Beltway Park and spending time with my family, I read a lot, work out (but not enough), bird hunt with my dog as much as I can, shoot shotguns at almost any target, and scuba dive when I can make it to clear water.
