David McQueen
Legacy Pastor
In May 2025, I transitioned into the role of Legacy Pastor at Beltway Park after serving as the church’s Lead Pastor for 27 years. In this new season, I’m honored to serve alongside our current Lead Pastor as one of the teaching pastors. Additionally, our elders have asked me to step into the role of “spiritual father,” providing guidance and encouragement to Beltway Park’s leadership team and to ministry leaders around the world as we pursue the Great Commission—making disciples of all nations.
I’m still amazed that my wife, Jeannette, said yes to me back in 1985. Her heart for children led us to adopt our third child through the Texas foster care system, and now she leads Beltway’s ministry supporting foster and adoptive families. We have three children—Joshua (married to Bradye), Rebecca (married to Hunter), and Zoe—and we’re proud grandparents to four: Esther, Liam, Caleb, and Caden.
When I’m not serving at Beltway or spending time with my family, I enjoy reading, working out (though not as much as I should), bird hunting with my dog, shooting shotguns, and scuba diving whenever I get the chance to find clear water.
