Melissa Stovall
Food Pantry Director
I consider myself a Texas transplant with California roots. I found my way to Abilene by way of the Air Force in 2004. I joined the Beltway staff in 2015 as an administrative assistant where I have been blessed to serve for a variety of ministries over the years. In 2021 I became the Food Pantry and Guest Services Director for the South Campus. I get the joy of helping our community by providing basic food needs to those who are most in need. I also get the privilege of creating an atmosphere for every guest on our campus to feel seen, loved, valued, and known.
I married my husband (Eric) in 2024 and have the honor of being a bonus mom to three grown children, two sons-in-loves, and a “honey” to our grandchildren. Being a wife and mom has been a lifelong dream and God blessed me with the best. He truly does exceedingly and abundantly more than we could hope or imagine.
You can often find our families getting together for game nights, Lord of the Rings/Star Wars movie marathons, sharing in our love of In-N-Out Burger, and rooting for the Rangers. I love the creative world and you can find me reading, cross stitching, painting, or working on balloon artistry in my down time.
I love Jesus and have been blessed to carry an extra measure of joy coupled with a quick laugh and soft spot for dad jokes. My heart is to see people grow in their relationship with the Holy Spirit so that they can walk in the fullness of their Kingdom identity to advance God’s kingdom for His glory and His honor.
