STUDENTS CONFERENCE

Refined

This January, we’re kicking off the year with Refined — a conference designed to set the tone for everything God wants to do in and through us in 2026. We believe God is calling our ministry into a season of refinement — a process of burning away what doesn’t belong, strengthening what’s been tested, and shaping us to reflect His glory more clearly.

Through worship, powerful messages, and moments of encounter, we’re asking God to do a deep work in our hearts. This is more than just a conference. It’s an invitation to be changed, challenged, and renewed for the year ahead. Come ready to be refined because what God purifies, He always prepares for purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions

What age is Beltway Students Conference for?

Current 6th-12th grade

How are ages and genders split?

Life groups are separated by gender and grade. Activities will also be split between middle school and high school.

How do I know my child will be in a safe environment?

Safety is our highest priority. Our Conference Leaders go through an interview process with pastors. In addition, they must pass a background check and complete a child safety training in order to join us for BSM events. No adult is ever alone with a child. We maintain strict adult-to-child ratios for every age group. Our leadership includes several pastors and other adult leaders to help kids with any needs they have at conference.

What if my child has a special circumstance for conference?

It's our hope that every child can attend Students Conference, so please contact us and let's talk about how to make this special experience a successful and meaningful weekend for your child.
