  • Eat BEFORE you arrive. No meal on Thursday evening. 
  • First Session: Starts at 7PM 

• Water bottles (These will NOT be provided this year. Be sure and put your name on it.)
• Comfortable clothes and walking shoes (closed toe for activities) 
• Swimwear (lake + pool) 
• Hat & sunscreen
• Clothes you can trash (Example: Optional Mud pit!) 
• Bedding (single bed or sleeping bag), towel, toiletries
• Bible & pen (notebook provided)
• Chair (for Fire Team gatherings) 
• Flashlight (optional) 
• Medications you regularly take
• Fishing gear and license (optional) 
• Extra snacks (optional)

Hotel lodging is optional for attendees this year and will be available on a first-come first-served basis. There is an added fee of $100 per camper for hotel rooms. However, you must register and pay the FULL PRICE for your registration to request a hotel room. 

Hotel Rooms Include: 

• Double occupancy (2 guests per room) 
• Two full-sized beds per room
• Limited availability: 40 rooms total

• Meals Provided: Friday breakfast to Sunday breakfast (camp food, but good!) 
• Thursday Dinner: Lots of local choices in Waxahachie area. We encourage Fire Teams to try to eat together. 
• Hospitality Snacks: Provided all day (crackers, cookies, drinks, etc.) 
• Camp Store/Snack Shack: Optional items available for purchase.

• $100 deposit is non-refundable and was agreed upon and acknowledged at registration! No exceptions. 
• No refunds for camp payments after September 8, apart from a medical or family emergency. Once the September 8 deadline passes, we turn the registration number into Lakeview, and we're locked in with that number (as they will order food and other provisions). They also use this number to make sure they have adequate staff present during our stay.
